Dear friend, Your inputs are vague and hence cannot conclude anything. What do they say - like do they criticise you?, or do they say anything about knowledge or intelligence? or do they say anything about your marital status? or what? Which triggers your emotions/ First find out that. Since it is affecting your performance in work and also your personal behavior, it is advisable to meet a psychotherapist or counselor. Any further guidance needed, feel free to call me

this could be due to some of your childhood incidences after which you could have developed this behaviour. Or maybe there is Fear or Rejection that is creating you this feeling!!!! Or you could also be seeking Attention or Approval from others????!!!!!
Next Steps
Do visit a Counsellor in your city and share and discuss all those in details and get a clarity to resolve it.
