Very Hungry and Tired
I feel hungry a lot of late, from last 2 weeks i am suddenly hungry even after a heavy meal. For example i had 4 slices of pizza, after which a truffle pastry but still i was feeling hungry. Its affecting my weight gain. Also i get tired too soon. I sleep almost right, 6.5hrs. Started swimming from the last week.

Dear practo user Its good that you started swimming ,that will not only burn extra calories to make you fit but also would deviate your attention from food Increase your water intake specially before meals ,.most importantly stuff yourself with salads. Also go for  blood tests  to screen sugar levels.
