Hi Add more protein to your diet. Have sprouts, pulses, lentils and soya nuggets in your meals. Eat more salads, fruits and vegetables. They have fiber, which makes you feel full. Most important chew your food well and eat mindfully enjoying the taste, flavor and texture of food. Have meals at fixed times. Your digestive system also needs rest, so don't eat through out the day. Thanks

Firstly,What you are eating on a whole day or basically at night ,it matters a lot. So all the foods are best if you consume on an adequate amount ,not to excess or not to deficient. Kcal count matters on the basis of your lifestyle and work routine. In the mean while you can add few things, likewise:- Plenty of water during the day Seasonal fruits and veggies will be a good option. Mild walk or any activity as you can play your favourite games too. Good sleep for 7-8 hours is essential. Rest you can share your work routine & lifestyle pattern and go accordingly.

You can choose healthy snacks Like roasted makhana Roasted chana Sometimes liquid But still too much eating late night is not good

Gud evening pls let me know r u having meals on time, exercise doing or not, sleeping time in night , do u have stress issues if yes pls clarify, everything needs to be corrected if u want to maintain a healthy body weight, try to add on fiber rich foods like roasted seeds, fruits, green vegs n leafy vegs, nuts, etc.
