Very dryness and blackness on hands

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I wash my hands a lot and after few days I am noticing this on both of my hands . Skin is peeling. Dark black spot on hands. Skin is breaking and bleeding also happens. A lot of dryness. I am attaching pictures of my hands . Please tell is serious?? How to resolve this problem??
