Vertigo on sleep position in elderly
Dear Sir/Mam , My mom age 62 is housewife. She have complain of dizziness for long time.we visited local ENT and they prescribed vertin 16/Stugeron course of 1month.she have completed the course couple of time but they keep coming back Recently her vertigo is occurring more frequently .it  happen mostly when she in sleep position . Also on recent test for her blood , her sugar came normal but cholesterol High (i have attached the report). also her hearing test came normal. Kindly let me know what could be causing the vertigo and if any other test required. Also if cholesterol needs any attention Thank u in advance for reading and replying 🙏

I don't think Lipid profile will cause vertigo in a patient. You have consulted an ENT Surgeon. Please also consult a Neurophysician. Such problems can at the best be given some palliative treatment by General Physician.
