Venous Blood Pool in Foot

Doctors, I'm 14 Years Old. My Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch & My Weight is 104.5 KG. On The Recommendations of Doctors, I Started Walking For 20 Days. Some Veins Of The Right & Left Foot Has Been Swollen. For This, I Was Posted A Question To Practo & Doctors Told Me That The Veins Swelling is Causing For Weak Muscle & The Weak Muscle is Causing For Walking. Now, I Have Two Quary. The First Query is - Is The Weak Muscle & Vein Swelling And Chronic Venus Insufficiency (CIV) Same? And The Second Question is - If I Stop Walking, Will The Muscle Heal And Will The Swollen Vein Go Away? Please Let Me Know Doctor, I'm Very Anxious About It.
