Hello! The BMI is around 31 which is obesity. So exercise is important but exercise is getting strenous that is beyond your present capacity of muscles so muscles are getting weak because of which blood from leg veins is not being able to get pumped to heart back and so pooling in legs.Basically weight needs to be reduced but care needs t be taken taht its gradual and healthy.xercise for weight loss especially should be in a manner that muscles are able to sustain the stress and if its in a right way then with weight loss muscle stamina gradually increases too.Its helpful and healthy in all ways. Nothin in such cases happens quickly if quick results for one thing then for sure you will in trouble with some other thing. so right now for venous pooling gradually decrease the intensity of exercise day by day decreasing the counts or if you r just walking then decrease the speed and stop it.Go to a proper person who is a professional in this who can help with proper exercise schedule with diet and many other things.
