Iam arjun age 21,i had bilateral microsurgical varicocelectomy for one month ago ,but still it's mild paining,present can i masterbate or not?and my left testicle sagging

The sagging of scrotum is not a problem. The pain should be discussed with your surgeon. It may or may not be due to varicocele. Pain also occurs when there is an infection in the testes, for example. If so, it can be treated with drugs. See your surgeon. Masturbating should not be a problem.
