Bilateral varicocele treatment

I have diagnosed with bilateral varicocele, should I get it treated? I have mild pain in testicles and complete erectile dysfunction.

the erectile dysfunction is nothing to do with bilateral varicocele. When possible, do a semen analysis after 3days of abstinence. If there are abnormalities in semen parameters, then varicocele ligation is required
