Bilateral varicocele
I am 29 years old unmarried man. I have been diagnosed with bilateral varicocele grade 1 on rt side and grade 2 on left side. I am observing that my testicles are shrinking and I have loss of erection and sexual desire. I have been trying ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines. What is the best way to get this treated? Secondly, are there any chances of infertility issue as a complication if I go for any kind of surgery?

Nothing to worry. Wear scrotal support during day time, if ur having dragging pain in scrotum. It would not affect ur sexual performance. It's not the time, to bother about Infertility. Donot rush for operation.
