Varicoceal problem
Hi doctor I am male 21 age year 1 or 2 ago I felt discomfort in my tests so I go to many doctors try to find what it is so what my doctor told me is that I have a varicoceal problem and he give me medicine layer D and I didn't find any comfort then he told me just to wear tight underwear or if u don't wear it in future u have to do surgery.. so doctor can u tell me what can I do for my problem...

If the degree of varicocele is grade I, then you won't require any surgery, but if it is troublesome or if it is increasing in size or if testis is becoming smaller in the serial ultrasound then you need surgery
