Vaginal Delivery after fissure surgery
Hello, I am a 26 year old female and 4 months pregnant with my second child. I had Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy Surgery about 1 year ago for a fissure acquired postpartum from my first child. I want a vaginal delivery with this pregnancy. Is there a high risk of complication with my sphincter muscles because of preassure from pushing with the baby? Im living overseas and am hoping to get help via internet. I do not speak the local language well yet.
