There are many types of infections if the vagina. Some bacterial, some viral and some fungal. Sometimes it is an irritation not an infection. All this only a dermatologist can tell. Please consult as a detailed history will be required to determine the cause, and to know why the medicines were heavy. Another is, don't always choose natural. Because it is said to be natural, but it is not tested in labs, through thousands of patients before coming to the market. It is not looked for side effects or adverse reactions in normal and people with infections. They are called natural with no side effects because nobody does any study to report the side effects.
