Vaccine induced immunity is very high.but if severely injured or contaminated wound or weak immunity was there ,then only problem happens.otherwise less chances of disease in vaccinated individual.

Depends on last dose of vaccination and type of injury for any child or individual.
Severe injury or badly contaminated wound: inj TT and Tetglob both
Mod injury or wound: Inj TT
Minor injury: no treatment if last dose taken within 5 years
