1.5 yr old girl had chicken pox and typhoid vaccine 5 days back. Fever 100 -101 since 3 days. Giving babygesic every 6-8 hrs. Fever came down only once. Any recommendation

Fever 5 days after vaccine is unlikely vaccine-related Evaluate for infection (URTI, ear, UTI, etc.)Continue paracetamol 15 mg/kg/dose q6h

Greetings it's normal, do sponging to reduce Fever Use paracetamol every 4-6 hrly
