Pneumococcal vaccine was not given to baby at 6 and 12 week. Now baby is 3 months old. Can this vaccine be given now? If yes, how should I proceed?

You can still give the full course of pneumococcal conjugated vaccine. The schedule will be three doses 4 weeks apart with a booster at 12-15 months of age
