Uvb nb phototherapy
I bought a hand held uvb narrowband lamp for home use to treat my vitiligo. For what duration should I expose my skin to uvb light and should I gradually increase the time? I haven't started yet. Areas where I have vitiligo : Lips Hands Elbow Inner thigh Penis These are all very tiny patches, and iv had them for over six years.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You should really consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management. Not just light is required. Some creams are also required.
