  4. UTI problem. Cure my uti completely.

In the urine test, I have pus cell 5-6hpf. in ultrasound scan everything is normal, doctor suggested me an antibiotic and I am on medication.is there is any chances that this infection can be transferred to a vagina and becomes a vaginal infection? is antibiotic will cure my UTI completely.
