Recurrent uti since 5 months
Hello,I have recurrent uti since 5 months,no oral antibiotics are working as per urine culture report, recently taken amikacin 750 mg per day but still I have lower back pain ,pelvic pain and burning sensation,ecoli was more than 1 lack.blood reports normal,kub normal

You definitely have recurrent UTI if you have Urine culture positive twice in last 6 months. Check for Ultrasound and PVR, and few hygiene tips can help you to avoid future recurrence.
