Her urine culture report shows no growth, which means there is no urinary tract infection. That is a good sign. Since she is having fever for the past few days, it is unlikely to be due to urine infection.
Next Steps
Please consult a General Physician for further evaluation to look for other causes of fever. Continue paracetamol for fever if required, and ensure she takes adequate fluids and rest.
Health Tips
If high fever, chills, or new symptoms develop, seek medical care promptly.

The culture shows no growth which excludes the possibility of UTI alone. Since you are asking for your mother she must be around 50+ years, is she diabetic, or on any drugs for any other conditions, her current history are all required to treat her further. With what you said, she would need few more tests like cbc, fever profile or some specific tests based on history Dr. Karthika
Next Steps
Since she is aged, do consult a doctor through online or offline. Hot water consumption and Avoid spicy food.
Health Tips
Her age is a factor to not take it light. Don't self medicate for further more days

The culture shows no growth, I.e. no microbes isolated. Please share details of your Mother's problem,  then being a physician myself,  I can help and guide her. Is she diabetic? Ask her to drink more water, take syp. Citralka 5ml every 8hours for 5 to 7 days, diluted with little water.

Hello, Your mother’s urine culture report shows no bacterial growth, which means there is no urinary tract infection detected. Since the fever has been persisting for 5–10 days, it is important to look for other possible causes. I would advise consulting a general physician / internal medicine specialist for a detailed evaluation. Further tests (like CBC, malaria/dengue/typhoid screening, chest X-ray, etc.) may be suggested depending on her symptoms. A gynecologist is not required unless she develops urinary or gynecological complaints. If you would like a more personalised review of her reports and guidance on the next steps, you may connect with me here on Practo, or for quicker follow-up you can drop me a note on WhatsApp (eight five two seven one six four six double seven). Regards, Dr. Romain Rajan

The urine culture report shows normal. If it is a mild fever and no other complaints, it could be a mild viral infection. So good hydration is necessary. If the fever doesn't subside in 3 - 5 days better to get a complete blood count

Hello The report- is normal Fever- if persisting can be due to other infection other than UTI. Since she already had fever and if she had any burning sensation while peeing it can be due to dehydration. If fever is persisting it is advised to get a cbc, crp and esr done . If the reports are normal and if the fever subsided then it is well and good
Next Steps
Syp. Alkasol 2ml in 1 glass luke warm water three times a day for 5 days . Please do consult if fever is persisting/ the above mentioned reports are not normal

The report after culture shows negative. So there’s definitely not such infection due to UTI, but if theres a buring sensation during urination, as a supportive therapy you can use. 2 teaspoon Syp Alkasol in half glass water twice a day for 3 days
Next Steps
If the symptoms persists, then please consult!!

It's unlikely that your mother has urinary tract infection Usually by the second day if there is any growth (any bacteria or fungus) will be detected So, This report is normal If fever is still persistent please do consult a physician Wishing your Mom a speedy recovery
