UTI in postpartum
I had c section 15 days back and breastfeeding mother .. i have UTI and took cefexime for 2 days .. culture report showed cefexime is resistant so Gynechologist suggested fosfomycin for one day and one dose . I took it and it's been 3 days .. now again having burning sensation and pain in urine passing .. again did urine analysis yesterday and report showed infection has reduced .. I am not understanding if burning and pain is because infection is increasing again or side effect of fosfomycin .. please help me how to reduce infection completely

Infection is reducing that's from second report and fosfomycin has side effects of pain , so may be this the reason . Consult your gynecologist or general physician if problem persists .
