I had stone in my ureter 1 year ago which got removed after taking medicines but since then I am having problem with uti I have pain from kidney to testicle and I feel very tired. I took a lot of antibiotics but for 3 days I feel a little pain but even after taking medicines nothing happens. I have also taken ayurvedic treatment like gokhshuadi gugglu chandraprabha vati bangshil tablet punarnavasav. All these medicines also made a difference only for 2-3 days and then it got increased again and I am not able to pass urine freely. Yes, I have just had an ultrasound again. There is a 3mm stone in the lower pole of the kidney and there is E.coli infection in the urine. Is this happening because of the stone? Please help me.

The 3mm stone in your kidney can cause blockages, leading to urine retention, irritation, and recurrent infections.
E. coli infection can persist due to stagnant urine and inflammation caused by the stone
Next Steps
For Stone and Infection:
Punarnava and Gokshura continue for their diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Chandraprabha Vati and Gokshura together can help flush the stone and prevent infection.
Increase hydration: Drink plenty of water (with lemon juice or coriander water) to flush out the stone and reduce infection risk.
Consult good ayurveda practitioner before taking any medicines
Health Tips
Try Coriander seed water (dhaniya pani) 3 times a day. It helps reduce infection and is excellent for kidney health.

UTI and kidney stones are recurrent in nature.
Post the report of ultrasound done
Drink lots of water and maintain ano rectal hygiene to avoid recurrence
Next Steps
Post a picture of ultrasound done. Drink lots of water
A persistent UTI with E.coli, pain, and weight loss suggests chronic infection possibly aggravated by the 3 mm kidney stone. The stone may be acting as a nidus (root cause) for recurring infection. While Ayurvedic medicines like Gokshura, Chandraprabha Vati, and Punarnavasava are helpful, long-term infection requires deeper detox and Rasayana therapy to strengthen immunity and urinary health.
I strongly recommend an in-person Ayurvedic consultation for integrated management, including mutravirechana, basti, and targeted herbal combinations.
Take Varunadi kashaya 20ml twice daily with one pinch of Yavakshara and quarter cup of warm water before food. Cystine tablets 2 -2-2 after food . Take barley water . Avoid calcium containing foods.
