I have high BP ,severe insulin resistance and sinus tachycardia since 2012 (when I was 17) Recently I did my sonography and it showed fatty liver grade 1 and it showed gaseous distension of large bowl was noted

High BP, insulin resistance and fatty liver are suggestive of metaboly syndrome, are you obese or over weight. In case you are morbidly obese that is BMI >32.5 with all above conditions you may need evaluation for bariatric surgery. In case you are normal weight/over weight but not obese you still require evaluation for hypertension at an early age to rule out conditions such as renal artery stenosis, pheochromocytoma,etc. Sinus tachycardia may be a side effects of medications for high BP or it may be part of the disease itself like pheochromocytoma
