Hi there
Cervical spondylosis occurs because of certain degenerative changes in cervical spine which can be because of increased age, weight, poor posture, repetitive micro trauma and more. Osteophytes formation takes place in cervical spine and in some cases it leads to neuropathy in which nerve compresses because of osteophytes and pain runs from cervical area I.e neck to arm. Symptoms aggravate when surrounding muscle goes in spasm and gets tender, reducing range of motion in neck and pain. You can get physiotherapy treatment for your condition and will need to continue neck exercises at home as per physiotherapist's instructions and he will guide you in correction of posture,
And ergonomical advise.
