Urine tract infection

Asked for Female, 52 Years

My mom (52 yrs) is suffering with uti. She is taking urifist 100 and zanocin 200. But today in culture report ofloxacin is R. My doc is out of station. Need advice on which antibiotic to have. Sensitive to cefepime, amikacin and ceftriaxone and gentamicin from grp a and b. Please suggest some medicine from this group and the dosage.

Continue the current medications and treatment, as the drugs which are sensitive are all intravenous antibiotics for which you will require hospitalization. So visit or inform your doctor about these results and he/she will make a decision on whether to be hospitalized or change of the medications.
