  4. Urine routine report doubt. Infection?

Urine routine report doubt
Albumin trace and pus cells 6-8 /hpf. Is everything normal or any infection? please tell me. I have no High BP, no diabetic. Anal fistula infection is there. 2mm few renal stones are there. FYI
