You may be suffering from urinary tract infection. Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with ultrasonography of abdomen especially for KUB..
Drug flavoxate 200 mg thrice daily for 4-5 days for symptomatic relief.
Antibiotics may be required depending on report of urine examination.
