Antibiotics cannot be started without looking at blood report. Since you didn't mention your blood report details it's difficult. Contact me through chat consultation with reports so that I can prescribe you required medication. For time being if fever increases take Tablet dolo 650 mg and take lot of liquids since you have loose stools so that you won't get dehydrated. You can also use ORS powder mixed in 1lit water and take sip by sip if fluid loss in motion is more.
