Treatment for renal stone is done based on size. For a very small stone medication with plenty of fluid intake can cure it, but for bigger ones surgery will be needed.
Cystitis is treated medically with antibiotics.
For now you can go with intake of plenty fluids and maybe urine alkalising agent.
Do not take antibiotic without proper consultation.
High Eosinophil counts could be because of parastitc infection or allergy.
For that u take Tab Albendazole 400mg single dose. With add on Tab Levocetrizine 10mg at bedtime for 5 days.
You also have high Bilirubin suggesting some kind of injury or irritation to liver, for which u will need to do further investigations. For now u can take Syrup Liv 52 and Tab Urdohep/Ursocol 300mg twice daily for 3momths.
For further information and management you can consult me.

Hello,
Your bilirubin is elevated which requires evaluation. It can be caused by Nitrofurantoin that you’re taking which is one among many causes.
CBC report shows iron deficiency anaemia and infection.
