Urine infection and swelling in ankle
Dear respected doctor, I did urine culture and urine analysis on 2 Oct afterwards I took antibiotics on doctor advice as urine culture was +ve klesbiella pneumonia and there was trace of protein afterwards I repeat both tests again urine culture came-ve but urinalysis show pus cells(30_40) taking ciplox TZ for 5 days as prescribed by nephrologist , as I have ankle swelling since 5 _6 months and urine output has been reduced bit, I m fed up of doing tests and roaming in hospitals but there is not a single doctor I could find yet who recognize my situation and start treatment respectively plz help me and coach me ?

You need treatment for your Illness based on symptoms and reports both.
For urine infection you have given information of only reports.
the problems you are mentioning like ankle swelling and low urine output which are worrying you , needs testing for kidney function test and are likely unrelated to your urine infection
