Urine infection and rt side abd pain
Before 3 mnth back my wife's don c section she is breastfeeding mother of 3 mnth child she is complaining left side pain usg don Urine r/m don puss cell 16 and usg show mild pcs fullness and severe cistitis then dr prescribed uripsas neri alkamax mb6 tab zifi o15 days is ke sath me 2 days zostum iv given symptoms persist but again 20 days later c/o burning micturition and Urine incontinence then dr suggest urine culture and sensitivity and Urine routine microscopic show puss cell 16 after culter report arriving report shows only sensitive fosfomycin and nitrofurantoin then 5 days this orall course completed.now plz suggest next?

Would be better to see patient in detail and see what is the problem. If she needs a CT to determine why she has PCS fullness
