Urinary/Gynae Problem

I have just got a urine culture done and i have got streptococcus agalactiae - 100000 colonies /ml grown. I am also experiencing pain in the left side of my body especially the left center of belly button , leg , hand.I had sex last month with my husband also. i want to know how did i get this bacteria ? what is the main cause of these symptoms?

Get USG scan of abdomen done to find the cause for pain. Take adequate fluids. Antibiotics as per culture report
