Uric acid,medication and diet
I have uric acid at the level of 7.8. Should I start medication? Which foods should i avoid and what should be my ideal diet. I have problems of obesity also.

Hello, I hope you have shown your reports to your doctor. From the view point of your diet, please avoid meat and meat products, reduce the pulses, in the dals, prefer only moong dal. Try increasing your fiber intake and complex carbohydrates, and reduce the visible intake of fats, that is oil, butter, ghee, etc. Please do some physical activity everyday, to be physically fit and this would also help weight loss.
