Your information is not complete as I would like to know f are able to pass gases or do you have loose motions and vomiting
I my opinion you should go to nearby physician for examination and investigation if required and get a pro per treatment
As taking random medicine according to symptoms are actually very Dangerous
If you want to discuss your problem in more detail, feel free to message me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for a detailed discussion
From what you described:
• Pain started in lower abdomen 10 days ago → settled after ~3 days.
• Now for 8 days you have pain on the left upper abdomen near the belly button.
• Feeling heaviness, tightness, discomfort on bending or walking, better with rest.
• You already had appendix removed by laparoscopy 17 years ago, so current pain is unlikely to be appendicitis again, but pain around scars or nearby structures can sometimes happen due to adhesions, gas, or bowel issues.
• Medicines you are taking: Bifilac, Drotin, and Maxodil for 2 days but not much relief yet.
Next Steps
Based on your symptoms common possibility are Gas / intestinal spasm / dyspepsia , Colitis or mild intestinal inflammation , Constipation or incomplete bowel movement causing heaviness, Sometimes abdominal wall muscle strain or small hernia near the umbilicus (especially if pain increases on bending/walking) .
Health Tips
For the next 3–5 days:
• Continue Bifilac once daily after food.
• Take Drotin only if crampy pain occurs (2–3 times/day )
• Add -
• Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast (for acidity/gastric irritation).eat light food . You should get these test if pain continue more then 3 to 4 days . Ultrasound abdomen , cbc .. if any quary consult i will suggest you proper treatment with proper guidance ..
