Upper skin of Penis got reddish

Good afternoon doctor recently 2 months back I got married andsex with my wife for last two months but now my problem is my upper skin of penis got reddish and there is no pain but while doing sex it will get pain am waiting from last 20 days but it not cured what should I do??
