If your expected date of next period was 3 May and you had unprotected intercourse on 28 April there was no need to take emergency contraception. However since you have taken it, your next period is likely to be delayed. You should expect your next period by 7 or 8 May. Please get your urine pregnancy test done if you don't get your periods by that date.

If your last period date was 3rd april and had sex on 28th april, with i pill on 30th april, There can be a slight delay in menses due to high dose of progesterone. If you do not get your menses within a week, do a urine pregnancy test as all contraceptives have a small risk of failure.  As long as you did not have sex before 28th in this cycle chances of pregnancy are low

If your periods are regular and you have missed periods in this cycle, get one urine pregnancy test done. The symptoms you have mentioned looks like the pre- menstrual symptoms i.e you might be getting your periods soon.
