Raw open skin near vagina
The affected area shows multiple red, irritated superficial patches with mild swelling and skin breakdown around the vulvar/perineal folds. Some areas appear moist with a thin white healing or macerated layer over the raw skin. Small fissure-like cracks are visible near the lower perineal region. Pain and stinging are worse with movement and when urine touches the skin. No obvious pus, thick discharge, large deep ulcers, or extensive bleeding are visible. Symptoms started after friction from sex, prolonged walking, sweating, and wearing very tight jeans for many hours.
