Upper Neck Pain
I have been experiencing neck pain for the last 3 days. The pain is brought about by moving my neck side to side or by twisting my neck. Bending my neck forwards does not cause any pain but bending my neck backwards does cause pain. It is upper neck pain. The pain is not brought about by touching.
