Upper left back pain
I am an 18 year old female and ive been getting upper left back pain for a few years, it comes from walking, stressing, or carrying a bag even if its the lightest one. my mom shares the same pain but she only got it when got into the 40s age,i get it too easily, when i walk from building to building in university and the distance is short. my mom tells me its fibromyalgia but i doubt it cos im too young, despite what it is, how can treat it? i am unable to walk for long without it,and im only 18
