Upper Dark lips

Hello doctor .I have very dark black upper lips and in the lower end of my lower lip too .so is there any treatment for that ? I have heard of lip pigmentation so what is that .?is it related to the treatment ? If not please do tell me what treatment should I get done

Pigmentations are of many varieties of which the common is melanin. Deposition of melanin pigments on the skin and mucosa. Generally all the persons do not get hyper pigmentation and some suffer hypo pigmentation. There is a lot to discuss elaborately.
