Upper arm muscle pain
I am regular badminton player. I am having pain in my upper arm near triceps after playing for 1 hour  for 3-4 days . If i take rest i wont be having pain.. then if i restart playing the pain again starts 3 days

you have your answer in your question , whenever there is overuse of any body part there will be problem.
Next Steps
decrease the timing  of play , warm formentation and nothing else. still problem persists then consult me.
