Upper abdomen swelling after injury
Had a direct hit to my left upper abdomen about 8 months ago. At that time, I experienced severe pain at the site.  and the pain gradually reduced over time. After some months, I noticed a small swelling at the same site. Currently, there is only swelling, with no pain, no redness, no fever, and no increase in size. I visited a local doctor and underwent an ultrasound scan. My concerns are: Is this condition serious? Will the swelling reduce or go away with time? Do I need any treatment or repeat scan? Is observation and follow-up sufficient?
