Swelling on upper  abdomen after injury
I had a direct hit to my left upper abdomen about 10  months ago. At that time, I experienced severe pain at the site. and then  the pain gradually reduced over time. After some months, I noticed a small swelling at the same site. Currently, there is only swelling, which  looks like lump ..with no pain, no redness, no fever, and no increase in size. I visited a local doctor and underwent an ultrasound scan, I have enclosed the report with this. My concerns are: Is this condition serious? Will the swelling reduce or go away with time? Do I need any treatment or repeat scan? Is observation and follow-up sufficient? Kindly guide me ...

If u r experiencing pain means have to do repeat ultrasound to look for any infection Or else as of now conservative line of management is sufficient It's nothing but mild subcutaneous fibrosis due to trauma
