Untolerable pain at one side of my neck
In the morning I wake up and there is pain at right of my neck.... and it's untolarable Whenever I move my neck to the right it pains a lot... will an painkiller work so that the pain is gone...

It's due to sprain, start with muscle relaxants Hifenac MR Twice daily after food along with pan 40 mg half an hour before food. And ice packs application thrice daily.
