Unilateral enlarged tonsil
Hii doctor.. I have one side enlarged tonsil from last 7 years and I don't have any problem no fever no complaint of swallowing no sore throat even my cbc always normal but m worried about when I see this on mirror one more thing from last 7 years my dentist advised me for wisdom tooth extraction as it is infected and it is same side there is any possibility this tooth is one of the reason of enlarged tonsil..m adding Picture

There are multiple possibilities of unilateral that is one side enlargement of tonsil you have You should get it evaluated properly It seems congested at present in picture could be an infection

Consult online through Practo more detail is required and you can go for any Ent doctor who can examine the lump which is shown in picture what is this exactly it looks like enlarged tonsil but for confirmation you also go for other investigation
