Both Tonsils swelled
29 M, have enlarged tonsils ever since puberty. Have few more medical issues. 1. IgA Nephropathy 2. Sleep apnea 3. Nose slightly bent post surgery after an accident in childhood resulting in narrow nasal cavity in left side. Breathing slightly impacted. All this results in chronic irritation at the back of the throat which causes frequent bouts of coughing regularly in daily life. Phelgm persists irrespective of season.
