Unidentified fever

Asked for Female, 46 Years

Sir, I am suffering from fever from last three months temp ranging between 99 to100. All test CBC, Widal blood/urine routine and culture are normal exept esr is39. I have taken completed full course of typhoid with consultation of my doctor. I am diabiticnsince lst 20years. Please help me.

hi, fever of long duration has multiple causes like tuberculosis , connective tissue diseases ,malignancy , as u r having raises ESR there is likelyhood of all these diseases ,so check for tuberculosis anywhere in body ,and malignanct also ,but if u hv joint pain and rashes with hair fall ,multiple oral ulcers with constipation ,eye problem ,dryness or redness of eyes then u should be testing for connective tissue disorder
