Unhealed mouth lesions and dryness
I suddenly got some mouth lesions after I had steam with vapocaps during cold.This was done about 4weeks ago but still it's not healing.I feel dryness in my mouth and the lesions are inside my mouth neared to the lips and cheeks.
I currently live in Sweden. I used a mouth wash after online consultation with a nurse here.The dryness is reducing a bit but I couldn't find any improvement in it.
Please help me with some home remedy or some medicines.
I also have triphala churna with me.can I use it?if yes then please help me with how to have it and the dosages
