Unexplainable
I’m skinny and underweight female. I’m 22 and I weigh 44kg. I’m trying to increase weight but I have been anxious, eating makes me nauseous. So I eat only when I’m not stressed, recently my right leg, down the calve vibrates intensely and stops as soon as I move. My hipbones hurt often and thigh muscles too hurt from time to time. I have been to the doctor but they said I’m normal, after blood tests and other tests. I’m still concerned. Please help

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
