I’m perfectly healthy
I’m totally healthy and am 122pounds and am 5’7 i’m 14 and sit around all day play games i’m skinny and am not getting fat i have no problems, and i was wondering why nothing bad is happening to me should i continue doing what i am sitting and playing games bc, but i’m at school from 6am to 3 and play probably around 3:30 till 9 on weekdays so i was wondering if i’m ok or not

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you
